Reviews

• Wilgus Associates have very poor customer service. We had a reservation confirmation and then received a call that there was a glitch and the credit card did not go through. Got that straightened out and then got another call that the reservation was not a valid off-another error! They offered us another property and then when we called to confirm, they said it was no longer available. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN. Will find another property management service.
