• The order person/girl at Northland Dr NE, at 7:00 p.m. was rude and incompetent. Could not get the order straight and then made a nasty comment to co-workers as I left the drive-thru. The window was still open and I heard her say that I was questioning her ability to take an order. I was quite nice when I asked her why she interrupted me twice. I thought perhaps I was ordering too fast. Not only was my bad overloaded, she forgot my fries. Hindsight...her ability does need to be questioned. I called the manager after I left and he is aware of the incident. I do not have her or his name however the order girl had red hair. She needs an attitude adjustment...and further training.
