• Absolutely awful. I went in there telling them i'm wanting to switch over from hookah to e-cigs so i was pretty new when it came to e-cigs. I asked the guy some very basic questions and he just talked down to me the entire time. I asked him what was the difference between having the tank and regular plastic tips and he avoided the question by telling me "you couldn't handle it...you don't just give a 16yr old a Ferrari". I mean come on, then he told me that he didn't want to bother setting anything up for me if i wasn't going to purchase anything because it would waste his time. I've been in the customer service industry a while and this was the worst i've ever experienced. I would give this 0/5 stars if i could.
