• My insurance company sent my car here after it was hit. The auto shop missed repairing my ignition lock cylinder that had been damaged during the accident. When I brought it up Spring Mall Auto stated that it was probably not caused by the accident, but I assured them it was because it was not there prior to the accident. I am an honest person who does not like to be accused of dishonest behavior so was a bit difficult for me to hear. Not only did they deny any responsibility, but the mechanic proceeded to tell me how I was uneducated about vehicles. I admit I am not a mechanic, but I believe that it is naive of someone to believe they know everything about anything in life. I am a systems engineer and I do not know how it is in most professions, but I know that in my profession sometimes things happen that I cannot fully explain. I felt that were they not only rude, but also unprofessional because rather than doing any further investigation about the incident they just stated they already made their assessment.
