• Got a used suv from Rockville Motors a couple months ago and honestly I wish I would have gone somewhere else. Drove the suv for 120 miles and the check engine light came on, no biggie its a used suv. Take it to the Autozone to get the code pulled on it as it is closer to me than the dealership and come to find out I was sold a suv with a bad Catalytic converter. :( I phoned in and talked to Luis at Rockville to let him know and he said he would talk to "the manager" get back to me about the issue. I still have never received a phone call from him or anyone at the dealership. I went back in to make the rest of my down payment a week after I had called them, no mention of the code issue, nor was I asked of how I liked the vehicle or if it was running ok. It seemed like they didn't care if we were happy with the car just wanted the rest of the down payment. BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM ROCKVILLE MOTORS UNLESS YOU WANT TO INVEST AN EXTRA THOUSAND DOLLARS OR MORE IN TO A USED CAR.
