• The first time I went to this dealership was on Sunday July 8,2012. I spoke with the rep in the front about getting a radio code for my car because my car had reset due to a faulty battery. I was told by the rep to return later in the week when the service center was open. I returned on Tuesday July 10, 2012 to receive my code. The salesman informed me there was a 96.00 code to reset my radio. Which was of surprise to me being that I was never notified of this when I first inquired on Sunday. The salesman was not helpful at all in trying to assist me with locating the code. He finally after leaving me for 15mins came back and agreed to look at my glove box. Which he half heartily gave any effort to searching for the code. At the end of the day, I don?t understand why HONDA would charge someone that owns a Honda money to reset a code that literally is 4 digits and 96.00 at that.
