• This company deserves no stars. My parents have been going through this services on behalf of whirlpool and have been getting the run around for 4 months. No one ever answers the phone and weeks later finally got in contact with a lady named Vicki and she had an unpleasant attitude the entire time and when I asked her if she could follow up on parts that have been delivered weeks ago her answer was I don?t know or No. she didn?t take the initiative to try and inquire or check on that for us. This company doesn?t deserve your business they?re complete trash
