• Checked my account after we left and there was a additional $50 charge, we called to see what the charge was for and the owner told us the $50 charge was for a clogged toilet, the old lady that ran the place said my kids clogged the toilet. We called and notified the front desk, the maintenance guy come to the room an said no biggy he'll put this room on his list, my husband even offered to takee care of it before we left. When we arrived the toilet didn't flushing properly and tub didn't drain very well. We tried to call and talk to her about the charge and got hung up on TWICE. Also when we checked in she noticed we had children the first thing she said is, dont let those kids jump on the bed. We travel for a living and stay at hotels / motels all the time, we have NEVER NEVER delt with a unprofessional person like this before! On top of that the rooms were very small, all old furniture, 19inch tv was going out, only had 10 channels, no guest laundry, said free WiFi but when you log on it said its turned off. Paid $85.00 for the room. Handwritten receipt never signed anything saying they were authorized to take additional payment out do to accident, plumbing nothing.
