• I had booked Metropolitan Limo for my daughters prom 2 months back. When the actual date came, he called 2 hours before pickup to say both of his limos had issues with the AC and he would not be able to drive the kids. Seems very coincidental. Also explains why he never had me sign a contract nor would he email a confirmation. As we were frantically trying to find another limo company, we found out from other limo drivers, that most likely, Metropolitan was offered more money from another customer and dumped us. Seems very believable. Luckily we did find another limo and the kids did not have to be heartbroken after all. I would never recommend this company. Very poor business.
