• DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Staff is nasty rude and horrible. When you move out you lose your deposit and they will make up all these charges and charge you double what your rent payment is for the last month. Good luck trying to get out of that! The worst renting experience in my life and I promise it will be my last from a property management company. Looks all nice when they show you around and their model unit... Just wait till you move into your apt and can hear every noise from the people next to you. I could here the people next to me cell phone clear through the wall while laying in my bed and any conversation they were having. They will double charge you rent on some months and won't credit you back and just tell you we will apply it to next months rent, how shady is that? Don't ever write a check to them because they will run it through the check machine for an amount $600-800 more then what you wrote it for, again good luck getting that back!!! Best yet on move out if you have no pets they will charge you a pet cleaning fee for your apt!!! I never had pets in my place EVER. Save you money and the head aches this dump will cause you in the end, better yet why don't you look up "Western Rim Properties" that's who owns Mansions and see what their BBB rating is and all the complaints filed against them... Rating F. STAY FAR AWAY...
