• If you are concerned about your health during this COVID-19 pandemic, this is NOT the business establishment to frequent. I am a senior citizen and in the high risk group. When asked to don a mask, as is required by all hair salons in PA, Ms. Lori became agitated, copped an attitude and vindictive. Ms. Lori has many years of beautician experience, has cut my hair while I was wearing a mask yet, in a vindictive gesture, she took direct aim at the strap on my mask and clipped it. I watched in the mirror as she executed this vengeful act and she offered NO apology for her action. Additionally, I observed that the equipment in the salon (e.g., chairs) were NOT cleaned/sterilized after each use. Ms. Lori exhibits a marked lack of concern for the health of her customers. Her arrogance toward even the most basic protective measures is shocking and unsettling.I strongly recommend avoiding this business establishment.
