• Very unproffesional and extremely rude, the minute they answer the phone , they don't even allow you to give the policy number. If this is what they call FRIENDLY" on their website, I don't want to know what is it when they aren't friendly! Horrible Customer Service ! will def. not renew my policy with these company again!
