• We ordered a robe. The website said it was in-stock at the time we ordered it. Two weeks later, we checked the status and it said "processing." I called them and a woman said she would check the status and get back to me. She didn't. A few days later I called again, and explained we needed the robe by a certain date (which was four weeks after we placed the order). She said she would check with the supplier and get back to me. She didn't. A few days later I wrote an email asking for the status. No reply. We're starting to get worried by now. Several days after that I called again and left a message, and then followed up with an email asking them to respond. They responded within three minutes by cancelling the order because of my "obnoxious attitude." I advise everyone NOT to do business with this company.
