• I have to say I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience as I did with Joan?s Bridal! I was running around crazy trying to find a dress boutique anywhere that could help, unfortunately most of the places I stopped at were unable to help me. See my situation was that I had pre-ordered a dress over 3 months ago , and they waited till 02/13/2015 to call me and tell me the dress I was ordering had a back order on it and it was going to be back ordered for 8-16 WEEKS .. well my wedding is 02/28/2015 YES 2 WEEKS FROM THE DAY THEY CALLED TO TELL ME I COULD NO LONGER HAVE MY DRESS IN TIME? Fortunately I took the benefit of the doubt and walked into Joan?s Bridal and I am so happy I did. I was in the store for maybe 30 minutes, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They found me a similar dress for a better price and had me sized and my dress special shipped in minutes. They are in one word fantastic! I give them an A+ rating and will highly recommend them to every, and anyone I know for future dress shopping! Thank you Joan?s Bridal for being such a hypothetical life saver.
