Hilda's has great food. The ground beef that is used to make the burgers and tacos is ground right on site in her meat dept in the store. She grinds and cooks her green chile meat on site. Her enchilada sauce is made right there in her kitchen, never out of a can. She makes her own salsa. The steaks cooked in the kitchen come right out of her meat dept. and are hand cut. So if you want great home made food you gotta check this place out.
