• If you're from WNY, everyone knows about Hibbards custard. I've been coming here my whole life. My parents brought me & now we bring our 15 year old son. The frozen custard has a very distinct flavor that all other custards aspire to. Pistachio, Black Raspberry are special treats. A bit pricey, and they should include the tax so you aren't juggling pennies with your cone. But it's not summer if we don't make a couple of visits here!
