• Lou was as sweet as can be when selling us a system, however, he became extremely unprofessional after installation. When my wife and I reached out to him about some concerns with the system (overwatering in some areas, under in others), he became extremely defensive and rude. As I told him, I was more than willing to pay for his time and any extra work that would need to be done, but he had no interest in helping us. Basically told us to F off and left us high and dry (or wet?). He also would not install an automated app-controlled system, which I subsequently purchased and installed myself. Does not return our calls and acted like a child. Would never recommend to anyone. I must now find another company to service my system. I do take some responsibility for not seeing the red flags, when he spent more time talking about politics and his travel agency. Sprinklers are a side-gig for this guy (and not a very good one.)
