• My first experience at Flo's was last night. I had heard great things about this local outdoor place. We made it finally. We ordered the fish and chips. Upon getting our order we noticed about six French fries with the fish. I know portions were supposed to be very big at Flo's what happened to our French fries?. We were very disappointed. We let it go because we were going to get some ice cream. We waited on the long line only to realize the young lady serving her friends took forever to make up their minds on what flavor's and sizes they all were getting. As they walked to their table I had decided to get a medium size due to the amount of ice cream these girls had in their cups. We ordered and to my dismay I could see the bottom of my cup. I asked the girl and she smartly said "you asked for a medium size and that it". I know we are not locals or regulars but come on Flo's treat all customers with the same courtesy. . It wasn't the experience we had imagined. Will we go to Flo's again?, maybe, but next time Flo's make your new customers feel like the locals do.
