• DO NOT GO HERE!!! First of all,I called to make a reservation because I was rear ended. The person on the phone was NOT helpful. I called back later that day to reserve a car for the upcoming week, they told me that it would be ready for me on Monday. I had called them the Thursday prior. When I went in to get my rental car, they told me that THEY DID NOT have one available for me. I gave them DAYS in advance to get a car for me. Now i am forced to wait to get my own car fixed. GO TO ANY OTHER ENTERPRISE. The one in Rowlett has way better service.
