• First, I love your coffee and stop every morning for one. I am not usually one who would even take the time to write a note but I feel the need to air these feelings. Your employees have the personality of a damp sponge. No, 'Good Morning - 'have a nice day' - nothing - however when I go to Tim Hortons or your store in Cicero I am treated with respect and even, at times, humor. They always make me feel the way I think customers should be treated in starting their day off on a right note. I have even told them to 'have a nice day' and just get the window shut in my face'. So much for pleasantries. I know their busy but so is Tim Hortons and also your cicero store - not sure what's wrong with the employees in your South Bay Road store. Thought you'd want to know - or maybe you don't care. But I wanted to send this out to you anyway.
