• I took a very nice cashmere scarf to be cleaned here. When I dropped it off, I made a point to tell the cleaners that the fabric was very delicate and to please be careful not to damage it. She said no problem! When I went to pick it up, there was one large hole about the size of a quarter and lots of tiny hols all through the scarf. NONE of those were there when I dropped it off. When I confronted her with the damage she said that sometimes the dry cleaning process causes holes in natural fabrics! And then proceeded to tell me it was not her responsibility! No refund for cleaning, no reimbursement for the damage garment. I will NEVER use this cleaners again!
