• My husband and I go to the Discount Tobacco located on West Pershing Rd in Decatur IL. We choose that one because its close to our home, its big, and its clean. My two complaints are its higher priced than the other one on Rt. 48, and the dark haired manager( Robin is her name I think) is very unfriendly. She never smiles, acts like its a pain to help you. Many times she has never said Thank you. Ive always been polite and I always say thank you no matter what store Im at. She is like this with my husband too, and I have noticed she is like this with other customers. You would think after going to that store for 3 or 4 years she would at least act like we are important customers, after all we are helping her putting money on her paycheck!
