My husband and I waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, a young man who didn't speak English tried to pour us coffee and we tried to tell him we didn't drink coffee, we told him tea, but he proceeded to pour my husband a cup of coffee anyway. After about 10 more minutes we noticed the waitress proceeded to wait on a couple who had been seated a few minutes after we had been seated and completely ignored us. We waited 5 more minutes for someone to give us the time of day, then we walked out. We will never stop at this restaurant again. Ended up at Bresina's.... better food, lower cost, great service.... 7 minutes from entry to eat. Chippewa Family Restaurant could take some pointers from Altoona Family Restaurant. They are really on the ball there.
