• I have been doing business at Sunshine Chevron on 13005 Biscayne Blvd. N.Miami for over a year now, since I moved here from MA I haven't had any poor experences until yesterday. I took my car to get the $7.99 wash. While in the wash my car received soap then the wash shut off. I went inside to ask the store attendent to reset the wash, but the women manager not on duty said "No" She said that because I had a rack on the back of my car it was my fault the wash stopped, therefore I could pay again for another wash. My car has been through that wash with the same rack on it for over a year without a problem, so I had taken it off to go through the second time, but seeing that I was to pay for it I decided not to fight and left with soap all over my car. So much for customer service and that saying "The customer is always right" Really was $7.99 going to bankrupt your business? Now not only did you get a bad review, you lost my business. Maybe next time someone comes in with a petty problem you'll think twice. Who knows maybe others will read this and think twice about giving you their business too.
