• Very disappointed today.I have always enjoyed everything fro Carls Jr.but today was very disappointed. Bought a Taco Salad and 2 ground beef tacos tot go . For the first time i was disappointed . The salad was only 1/2 full and a lot of water in it from the lettuce. The tacos were not up to the usual standards either . I am not going to be buying anything but breakfast items from Carls Jr. if they are going to do business this way. Price and quality does not match up. Also asked for senior discount that was not applied. I've had a few orders that were disappointing but this was the worst i have ever gotten. Sorry , but you are destroying your own business by not living up to your standards. its one thing to raise prices but when you cut quality and quantity with raised prices it spells disaster. do one or the other but not both.
