• I came into the office expecting to deal with Cindy and sign some paperwork for her at her request. I was passed on to Jan and became very upset when asking Jan questions. The first she answered.....when asking a few more question she held her hand up in front of my face and replied quit. Not being a young child and being a customer for over 10 years I was shocked at how I was being treated. I said a few verbals that were heard and requested that the paper work that needed to be signed be sent to me for my signature. We will never deal with Jan in the future and if need be will cancell our policy with BW and go to a different agency if we are made or requested to deal with her.
