• WARNING!! When you are shopping for blinds and come across Blind Shack, keep shopping at all cost. Chris will do everything in his power to mess up your order. He is not a man of his word. He was contracted to hang 10 blinds and couldn't even measure them right. The workers threw the old blinds down the garbage chute clogging it up and made a mess, needless to say the other tenants were not happy. Chris did everything to avoid making things right. I guess by him lying and the numerous times that he told me he was on his way over, that I would just forget about the problem. Even the credit card people could not believe the texts, I had to show them how many time he said he would be over and how many times he lied. The installers put the shades up uneven, the draw strings in the wrong place. To sum it up, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-- NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!
