• I went in the Jefferson Blvd branch of BB&T to dispute a charge on my checking account. I spoke with a sweet older lady on the phone about this the day before and she told me exactly what I would need to bring in to resolve this issue. I took at half-day from work and then brought everything (and more) that I was told and it was all downhill from there. The lady I spoke with was out sick so I was ushered over to Jennifer. I don't know if she was hungover or on pills or what but she didn't look sober. I explained what happened (a mistake on their end by the way) and she tore into me. Apparently this was all MY FAULT and I shouldn't have even bothered coming in - she even said "I hope you don't think this is our fault...?" and was very VERY condescending. I spoke with the branch manager and he helped me out but I won't be going back in there. I'm assuming they sent Heather home for the day (or better yet, she got fired) because as I was leaving I saw her storm out to her car and speed out of the lot.
