• Tom Watson has got to be the laziest most inappropriate subhuman I have ever met. He missed several major violations costing us almost $10,000 to repair to make the house safe and NONE of it was in the report! I called him to ask him about it and he started yelling and insulting and name calling like a child. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go elsewhere for your inspection.

• Tom Watson is the rudest most childish human I have ever met. He botched my inspection so badly. He actually failed to notice the raw sewage flooding the basement and cost me 10 grand in repairs for a house he signed off on. Stay away from Tom Watson and Amerispec.
