• SAVE YOURSELF! you get what you pay for, rude, arrogant, sloppy, dirty cars, sleezy employees ~ did I say rude? Anyway, good luck here, you WILL wait an hour or so outside waiting for the sole agent to process you for a car. Then you WILL get attitude from some punk who must be the franchise owner son, noone else would keep a job treating people with this attitude, good news is, only a matter of time before someone smacks this punk. Aside from that, they have great rates, just a complete and absolute lack of customer service. I would spend a few extra bucks and run like all hell from this company!
