• The only time I have an issue with this location is after 8 PM. Each time I pull up to the window the crew AND the manager are goofing off, eating food and ignoring the customer. The last time I was there, they had to have me repeat my order because the Manager was on the speaker and she screwed it up. Then when I went to eat my dinner, the fries were all dried and hard, and the chicken sandwich was very soggy like they had dipped it in a bucket of water before they served it. I will not be visiting this location after 7 PM ever again--not if I will be met with another crappy experience like this!!
