• I have been taking our deer meat to him for over thirty years. Best around until last year. The first batch was excellent as usual the next the same year we had to throw it all away. Didnt make us happy. We had tried a few others... still couldn't find better. Took our meat this year. Not edible!!!! Not sure what happened. We weighed the meat before taking. He adds beef so we should have gotten at least the poundage we dropped off. Not the case. A lot of work from our end to only have a bologna that we had to spit out. Hated to write this but found it to be nessasary.
